With a passion for both precision hairstyling & education, & with 18 years of experience she leads our team with expertise & flair. When she's not behind the chair, you'll find her immersed in the world of music, exploring her artistic talents, or tending to her vibrant garden. With her dedication to craftsmanship & love for artistic expression, Tiffany brings a unique blend of skill & creativity to every haircut, making The Martlet a haven for both style enthusiasts & creatives alike.

With her wealth of experience & keen eye for detail, she crafts impeccable cuts that exceed expectations every time. Outside the shop, she embraces her love for all things witchy, finds solace in the company of her 3 cats Chester, Winston & Ember, & her French bulldog Finch. ​Welcome our newest barber @sdh.barber. With 2 years of hands-on experience in the barbering world, Stephen brings precision, personality, & a passion for the craft to every cut. A proud father of six—three boys & three girls—he balances the art of barbering with a love for family & creative hobbies. When he’s not running clippers, you’ll find him collecting unique items like 3D-printed gadgets, banjos, & vintage typewriters or crafting handmade rings from old silverware. His favorite way to unwind? Escaping the noise with his family for camping trips deep in the mountains, far off the grid on remote crown land. For him, it’s all about good hair, good stories, & making every moment count.
