Introducing @hairytats, the creative force & head barber at The Martlet. With a passion for both precision hairstyling & education, & with 18 years of experience she leads our team with expertise & flair. When she's not behind the chair, you'll find her immersed in the world of music, exploring her artistic talents, or tending to her vibrant garden. With her dedication to craftsmanship & love for artistic expression, Tiffany brings a unique blend of skill & creativity to every haircut, making The Martlet a haven for both style enthusiasts & creatives alike.

Presenting @ash.leythebarber our seasoned veteran with 13 years expertise in the barbering world. With her wealth of experience & keen eye for detail, she crafts impeccable cuts that exceed expectations every time. Outside the shop, she embraces her love for all things witchy, finds solace in the company of her 2 cats Chester &, Winston, & her 2 French bulldogs Finch & Frankie. Ashley continues to enchant with her magical touch, making every client feel spellbound by their new look.

Say sup to @courtronsbarberlife2.0, with 15 years of slinging scissors she's your reliable adventurous barber who brings a love for the outdoors into every haircut. When she's not out camping with her family or running with her pitbull Harper, she's at home making loving memories with her little girl. Courtney's no-nonsense attitude ensures you get a straightforward & skilled haircut experience. Outside of the barbershop, she’s an avid concert-goer, always chasing the next live music experience. When she’s not rocking out or traveling to new destinations, you’ll find her spending quality time with her beloved horses, caring for them and enjoying the peacefulness of the farm. A true blend of artistry, adventure, and animal care, Sierra brings her energy and passion into everything she does.

When she’s not working or crafting, you’ll likely find her at a car show sharping up her automotive knowledge or spending time with her lively crew of three cats & one dog

Say Silav @smrbarber366. New to the cutting floor, he’s quickly building a reputation for clean cuts & strong attention to detail. Passionate about the craft, he’s always learning & refining his skills to give clients fresh, confident looks. Outside the barbershop, he’s into car modifications & mechanics, spending time working on his vehicle & learning how things run under the hood. When he’s not cutting hair, you can find him watching basketball—or relaxing with a cup of tea, his go-to over coffee any day. He’s not much of a cook, but he definitely enjoys a good meal whenever he gets the chance. Somehow he finds time to do all this while at the same time sleeping for three days on his days off.

Known for her attention to detail & personalized approach, she delivers sharp cuts, clean fades, & modern styles tailored to each individual. Whether it’s a fresh look or a regular trim, Kacee creates an experience that’s as comfortable as it is professional.
